Terms of Service

This document governs your use of Convy Living and its services. Please read it carefully. Last updated 05 April 2026.

Effective Date: 05 April 2026  ·  These terms apply to all users of the Convy Living platform.

1. Introduction & Acceptance

Welcome to Convy Living ("we", "our", "us"). By accessing or using our website, platform, or any related services — including placing orders, creating an account, or engaging with our partner programme — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our platform. Continued use of the platform after any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Definitions

  • "Platform" refers to the Convy Living website and all associated digital services, portals, and applications.
  • "User" refers to any individual or entity that accesses or uses the Platform.
  • "Client" refers to a registered customer who has placed, or intends to place, an order.
  • "Partner" refers to a business enrolled in the Convy Living Partners Programme.
  • "Order" refers to a confirmed purchase of one or more products through the Platform or via a CSR-assisted process.
  • "Products" refers to furniture and related items manufactured or supplied by Convy Living.
  • "Content" refers to all text, images, designs, specifications, and other material published on the Platform.

3. Use of the Platform

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You must not:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, its servers, or databases.
  • Use automated scraping tools, bots, or scripts to extract data or content from the Platform.
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information in any form, enquiry, or order.
  • Impersonate any person, entity, or Convy Living representative.
  • Use the Platform to transmit spam, malware, or any unsolicited commercial communications.
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform or any connected services.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any User who violates these rules, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

4. Account Registration & Security

To access certain features — including order placement, production tracking, and the partner portal — you must register an account. You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete registration information.
  • Keeping your password secure and confidential at all times.
  • Notifying us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
  • All activity that occurs under your account credentials.

Convy Living will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or phone. We may suspend accounts that show signs of compromise or fraudulent activity to protect our clients and partners.

5. Ordering, Customisation & Payment

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. A confirmed order means we have accepted your request and production may begin. By placing an order, you agree to:

  • Pay the agreed price, including any applicable delivery, installation, or customisation fees.
  • Provide accurate delivery and contact information.
  • Understand that customised and made-to-order products carry specific cancellation and refund limitations as detailed in our Refund Policy.

Prices are quoted in Nigerian Naira (₦) unless otherwise stated. Payment is accepted via approved gateways (Flutterwave, Paystack). A deposit is required upon order confirmation; the balance is due as agreed. Convy Living reserves the right to amend prices without prior notice, except for confirmed orders already in production.

6. Production Lead Times & Delivery

Our products are manufactured to order. Estimated lead times are provided at the point of ordering and represent our best estimate; they are not contractual guarantees. Delays may occur due to material availability, design complexity, or force majeure events.

  • You will receive production milestone updates via your client portal and email notifications.
  • Delivery is coordinated by our logistics team. You must ensure site access and readiness on the agreed delivery date.
  • Risk of loss passes to you upon successful delivery and sign-off. Disputed deliveries must be raised within 48 hours of receipt.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

Given the bespoke, made-to-order nature of our products, our cancellation policy is strict. Full details are in our Refund Policy. A summary:

  • Before production starts: Full refund minus a 5% processing fee.
  • After production starts: The 50% deposit is forfeited; the remainder (if applicable) will be refunded.
  • After production is complete: No refund; delivery must proceed.
  • Defective or incorrect items: Full replacement or refund at the client's choice.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including product designs, photographs, branding, written material, software, and trade names — is the intellectual property of Convy Living or its licensors and is protected under applicable Nigerian and international law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any Platform content for commercial purposes without our express written permission. Product designs and 3D models uploaded to the Platform remain the exclusive property of Convy Living.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Convy Living and its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or products, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption.

Our total liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Privacy & Data Use

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, storage, and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using the Platform, you consent to our data practices as described in that policy.

11. Partner Program Terms

Participation in the Convy Living Partners Programme is governed by the separate Partner Agreement, which is provided to Partners upon acceptance of their application. Key terms include:

  • Tier-based discounts based on annual qualifying spend.
  • Discounts are not retroactive and cannot be combined with other promotions.
  • Partners must maintain the minimum annual spend to retain tier status.
  • Failure to meet conduct standards may result in suspension or termination of partner status without refund of any spend or deposits.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.

Convy Living complies with all applicable Nigerian data protection regulations, including the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR) and the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA) 2023.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify registered users via in-app notification or email. Your continued use of the Platform after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
